RETURN & EXCHANGES
Don't like something about your item and don't want a new shirt? We are always sad to see you go, but we are happy to make you happy!
We offer returns for any reason! Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 180 days from your item's ship date.
Return label: All you have to do is filling the form HERE. We will email you back with approval and a pre-paid return label. Just package the shirt back up, attach the label and give it to your USPS mail carrier or local post office. The cost will be deducted from the refund, once it is refunded.
Who Is Responsible for Return Label? Sendako will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.
Restocking fee: For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt, not the shipping costs we paid to get it to you. There will be a 20% restocking fee on total bill.
Reason why: Anything purchase at Sendako is a unique custom made product and printed just for you.
Process Returns: Once we receive the return please allow 3-5 business days to process you. All returns will be processed through our inspection department for approval. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.
Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
International return policy: International customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. A pre-paid return label will not be available.

- Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We do provide a return label for orders shipped within the United States. For use of this label, we'll deduct $4.99 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge.
- If items are returned after our 180 day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A merchandise credit or refund will not be credited to your account.
- If an item is returned to us in error (appears worn, washed or used, damaged after delivery, altered, returned with holes, stained… ), we will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice and refund will not be credited to your account.
- If an item is returned to our warehouse without any notification to us, we will reject to receive it.
We do not process exchanges. Please return your merchandise for a refund and place a new order to receive an alternate item. We will offer Free Shipping (Domestic Shipping) or 50% Discount Shipping Cost (International Shipping) for the alternate item.
